The Constitution established the government in America as one created by the People for the People. In establishing the federal government, the People granted specific powers to that government in order to uphold their God-given rights, and required that all public officials affirm oaths to support that 1787 Constitution in letter and spirit in the performance of their official duties. Any action taken by any government officer beyond the limited powers enumerated in the Constitution (federal or state) is a usurpation of office and a warring against the Constitution, which is an act of treason and sedition. It is our right and our duty to defend our rights against such usurpation and hold all public officials who violate their oaths lawfully accountable.
If freedom is going to triumph in America through a return to Constitutional governance, it will be Our Lady’s triumph, won by our efforts and assisted by her intercession. We are expected to do our part, for as St. Augustine states, though God, Who created us without our help, He will not save us without our consent.
With our Rosary in one hand and our Constitution in the other, We the People, peacefully and prayerfully united from sea to shining sea, may yet raise our Nation from the darkness of lawlessness to the light of Divine Truth. As we embark on this great endeavor to restore our Union under the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God, let each of us take courage as Americans with the Mother of God as our faithful guide and the unfailing gifts that God has given us: the Rosary and the Constitution.
